What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Is shipping abroad possible?
Yes, we ship worldwide. In the Netherlands you enjoy free shipping.
International shipping charges apply and will be added at checkout.
How long am I entitled to return?
We have a 14 day return policy.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, you can. Return the package within 14 days after you picked it up. The clothing must be in the same condition as when you received the clothing, unused and marked.

Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it, we change our minds too! We wish we could, but once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window in the future.
If you don't like the item(s), exchange it for a different style or return it for a refund.
