All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a message when your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Belle Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. It takes 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 12 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@belle-boutique.nl with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email customerservice@belle-boutique.nl to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Return Policy and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. Please ensure that all returned items are packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in the post. Please ensure that all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit. Please ensure that the returns form is approved - failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request return details via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order Send the items to the return address. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
